craftsmanship DIRECTOR
The Craftsmanship Contest Director is responsible for organizing and managing the competitive craftsmanship portion of the cosplay masquerade. This includes overseeing contestant applications, coordinating pre-judging, managing awards and categories, and ensuring the contest runs fairly and efficiently.
Performance DIRECTOR
The Performance Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all performance elements of the cosplay masquerade. This includes working closely with individual and group performers and Cosplay Judges to ensure a smooth and professionally run show.

Disability & Accessibility Services Coordinator
The Disability & Accessibility Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all convention programs, spaces, and experiences are accessible and inclusive to attendees with disabilities. You’ll help ensure that our convention is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for all attendees. You’ll be the point of contact for accessibility needs, help plan accommodations, and support attendees with disabilities throughout the event.
